Refunds Policy

As detailed in the sales video, our program, Arbitrage Insiders comes with a 90 day guarantee.
This guarantee is offered to give you peace of mind and confidence in our product and to demonstrate that we stand by and believe in the system and information shared within.
How The Guarantee Works
The 90 day guarantee is an action based guarantee that stipulates that in order for a refund to be considered you should go through the training in full, implement what you learn in accordance with the guidelines and allow due time to get results.
If you have acted as above and not been able to get any results (i.e. no profitable sales) please read on for how to claim a refund against the guarantee.
Specifics:
* You should have given the opportunity your best effort.
* You should have purchased at least 10 products within the recommended criteria and be able to show proof of purchase for these.
* Each product should have been in the fulfilment centres for at least 30 days or more.
* Proof of no sales (screenshots from Amazon's Seller Central).
If you wish to request a refund for your enrolment in Arbitrage Insiders, please understand that you are agreeing to the following conditions at the time of our purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request via email to hello@incomereplacementproject.com before 11:59pm London GMT before the 90th day following your purchase. Accompanying your request should be proof of effort, meaning evidence that you attempted the work in the course to achieve the promised results. This proof will be reviewed, and an attempt to help correct the issue will be sought first. If I cannot help solve the issue, a prompt full refund will be issued. However, this is also dependent on the proof of work being found substantial enough to warrant the refund. Negligible effort is not satisfactory.
However, after you submit your materials, please be aware that all refunds are discretionary. The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system taught in Arbitrage Insiders, and if results are not achieved, they can get their money back. This refund policy was put in place to prevent theft of materials by people who do not want to pay for the program but still wish to benefit from it.
No refunds will be provided more than 90 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 90th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. Failure to make timely payments as part of your payment plan will result in your access to the course membership area being restricted until payments are resumed.
In the event that your refund is denied, you will still be entitled to all benefits of Arbitrage Insiders, including the support that comes with your purchase, and it will be my pleasure to continue working with you to achieve results.
Please note: refund requests for a "change of heart" will be declined unless within the first 24 hours and no materials have been accessed. This is to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and the privacy of our members.
